# Dashboard & Analytics

> Monitor your campaign performance in real time.

The campaign dashboard gives you a live view of how your campaign is progressing and how contacts are responding.

## Campaign Summary

Each campaign's detail page shows a results summary, including the contacts on your Do Not Call (DNC) list:

| Metric | Description |
| --------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Answered** | Calls that were picked up, with a breakdown by lead warmth (Hot, Warm, Cold) |
| **In progress** | Calls currently being placed (shown only when there are active calls) |
| **Missed** | Calls where no one picked up |

| **DNC** | Contacts skipped due to the Do Not Call list (shown when > 0) |
| **Rate** | Answer rate as a percentage |

## Lead Warmth breakdown

For answered calls, the dashboard shows a breakdown by lead warmth: Hot, Warm, and Cold counts. You can then prioritize follow-up effort on the hottest contacts first.

## Per-contact results

Below the summary is the full contact table. See [Call Results & Transcripts](/docs/ai-calling/managing-campaigns/call-results-and-transcripts) for details on reading and managing individual call outcomes.

## Answer Rate by Day & Time (heatmap)

The Analytics page surfaces a 7-day × 24-hour heatmap of your answer rate. It shows when your contacts are most likely to answer. The campaign creator mirrors the same heatmap under **Best times to call**.

### Recipient timezone

**Recipient timezone** filters each heatmap. It is the timezone of the contacts you are calling, not the timezone you view the chart in.

* Choose a country group (US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia) to pool every contact in that country.
* Choose a single timezone from the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority database, for example *Pacific Time*. The chart then narrows to contacts whose phone-number area code resolves to that timezone.

hyzl buckets each call in the contact's own local time. So the heatmap reads as **"the best hour to call contacts in their local time"**. Choosing *United States (all)* shows when US contacts answer in their respective timezones, not in yours.

### Data freshness

Account-level heatmaps refresh on demand, and hyzl caches them daily. hyzl precomputes platform-wide stats nightly across the supported destinations and country groups.

Only calls placed on or after **27 February 2026** contribute to the heatmap. hyzl excludes earlier calls, because voicemail classification was less reliable before that date. That unreliability biased the answer-rate buckets.

## Revenue Recovery

Recovery performance lives in its own **Revenue Recovery** section of the sidebar, not on the campaign dashboard. It covers recovered revenue, the recovery funnel, why members leave, and the member-level activity log. See [Recovery Analytics](/docs/revenue-recovery/analytics/overview) and the [Activity Log](/docs/revenue-recovery/analytics/activity-log).
