# Export data

> Download call records, transcripts, and recordings.

Export your AI Receptionist data to use in CRMs, spreadsheets, or external reporting tools.

## CSV export

Export a spreadsheet of call records including:

* Caller phone number and name (if captured)
* Date and time
* Call duration
* Lead warmth classification
* AI summary
* Any contact details collected during the call

To export:

1. Go to your AI Receptionist inbox
2. Click **Export** in the top right
3. Choose **Export CSV** from the dropdown. The file downloads immediately

Exports cover all of the chosen receptionist's call data, but they leave out archived calls. There is no date-range picker.

## Transcript export

Choose **Download transcripts** from the same Export dropdown to download full transcripts. hyzl delivers the transcripts as a ZIP archive, with one text file per call inside.

## Export recordings

Choose **Download recordings** to bulk-download call recordings. hyzl delivers the recordings as a ZIP archive of MP3 files.

## Automated export with Integrations

For ongoing data sync, use Zapier or Custom Webhooks instead of manual exports:

## Data retention

hyzl retains call records, transcripts, and recordings indefinitely.
