# Meta Lead Ads

> Turn Facebook & Instagram Instant Form leads into instant AI phone calls. Control which forms call, how fast, and when.

hyzl connects to your Facebook Page's **Lead Ads / Instant Forms**. When someone submits a form, an AI agent calls them automatically. You decide, per form, whether it calls, which agent handles it, how fast, and during which hours.

<Note>
  Meta Lead Ads is in **early access** and is being rolled out gradually. If
  you do not see it under Integrations yet, reach out with in-app chat. The
  hyzl team turns it on for you. The current version connects your primary
  Facebook Page.
</Note>

<Note>
  A call to a lead the moment they submit a form is powerful. Make sure your form captures consent to be called. It is a better experience and keeps you onside with telemarketing rules in most regions.
</Note>

## Connect your Page

1. Go to **Integrations** in the sidebar (under **General**)
2. Find the **Meta lead ads** card and click **View integration**
3. Click **Connect Meta** to start the Facebook login
4. Log in with Facebook when prompted
5. Approve access

The **+ Custom integration** menu in the page header runs the same flow, under **Meta lead ads**.

hyzl then connects your primary **Page**'s lead forms.

Once connected, the integration appears in your list with a **Managed by meta** badge.

## Choose which forms call (and how)

Open **Lead Forms** on the Meta integration card. Each lead form on your Page is listed with its own settings:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Turn a form on or off">
    Forms are **off by default**. Turn on each form you want hyzl to call. Leave the rest off, so hyzl does not call every lead.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the agent">
    Choose which calling campaign / agent handles the form. Different forms can route to different agents. For example, route a "Request a demo" form to your sales agent, and a "Support" form to a callback agent.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set how fast to call">
    * **Speed to Lead** (recommended) calls the moment the lead submits.
    * **Delay** waits a set time first (minutes, hours, or up to days), e.g. "call 1 day after submit".
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set when to call">
    Restrict calls to certain hours and days if you want (for example, business hours only). hyzl **queues** the leads that arrive outside the window and calls them when the window next opens. hyzl never drops them. Leave the window **off** and a delayed call falls back to your **campaign's** hours. A **Speed to Lead** call dials right away, at any time. It is a consented "we will call you in 60 seconds" callback.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Each form saves on its own. A form places no calls when it is switched off or has no settings yet.

## Good to know

* **One Page per account** for now; a multi-Page picker is on the roadmap.
* Lead → call delivery runs server-side, so a connected, configured form keeps firing calls even while you are offline.
