# Zapier

> Automate AI Calling with no-code Zapier workflows.

The Zapier integration has two directions:

* [**Zapier Inbound**](/docs/integrations/zapier-inbound): Trigger calls from another app. Examples are a new lead in your customer relationship manager, a form submission, or a spreadsheet row
* [**Zapier Outbound**](/docs/integrations/zapier-outbound): Send call results to another app after every call completes

  The Zapier integration requires an active AI Calling subscription. If your
  subscription lapses, hyzl pauses your Zaps and connection automatically. They
  resume as soon as you resubscribe.
