# Build the Knowledge Base

> Give recovery conversations accurate business facts and approved answers.

Open **Knowledge Base** from the General sidebar section. The page is available on free and paid hyzl accounts.

## Add business context

**What your agent knows** combines your business identity, summary, and frequently asked questions. The recovery AI uses only this saved context and member-specific details.

Add or review:

* company name and website
* support contact details
* a short business summary
* approved questions and answers

Support details can include a link, email address, or phone number. Leaving every support field empty is allowed. The AI then asks the member to continue in the current conversation.

Click **Save** after editing. Clear a saved field when you want the AI to stop using that fact.

## Generate from your website

Enter your website and click **Generate from my website**. hyzl drafts a business summary, questions, and identity details it can support from the site.

Review every draft before saving. A new scan will not overwrite a business summary that you wrote.

Generated items show **AI draft** until you review them. Edit or delete any generated item. Website scans take a few moments and allow only a small number of runs each hour.

## Keep answers current

Update the Knowledge Base when policies, pricing, support contacts, or common member questions change.

The same saved knowledge supports outbound recovery calls and inbound callbacks. Offer details and member-specific subscription context come from the active workflow and provider data.

A workflow can carry its own company name or callback number. Those values take priority for members in that workflow.

<Note>
  If a fact is not in the Knowledge Base, workflow, or member context, the AI
  should not invent it.
