# Member loses access

> Contact a member on the day subscription access ends.

Use **Member loses access** for a member whose subscription access ends after cancellation or lapse.

This trigger is different from **Subscriber cancels**. Cancellation can react near the cancellation event. Access loss waits until the member's access ends.

## Configure the workflow

1. Open **Settings**.
2. Click **New workflow**.
3. Choose **Member loses access**.
4. Choose Stripe or RevenueCat.
5. Configure the offer, delivery, script, and voice.
6. Review and launch the workflow.

The workflow runs only for members who meet provider, contact, and region eligibility.

## Read the result

Open Analytics and choose **Member loses access**. The tab remains available when the workflow is turned on or has historical data.

Use this view to separate lapse-day recovery from the earlier cancellation conversation.
