# Trial ends without converting

> Contact a member whose trial ends before the first paid subscription.

Use **Trial ends without converting** when a member finishes a trial without becoming paid.

## Configure the workflow

1. Open **Settings**.
2. Click **New workflow**.
3. Choose **Trial ends without converting**.
4. Choose Stripe or RevenueCat.
5. Configure the offer, delivery, script, and voice.
6. Review and launch the workflow.

hyzl evaluates the provider event and contact eligibility before outreach. The member journey then follows your heads-up text, call, voicemail, retry, and offer settings.

## Read the result

Open Analytics and choose **Trial ends without converting**. Use the funnel and member list to follow reach and paid outcomes.

A later purchase can appear in the member profile. Continuous lift determines whether aggregate recovery can support a causal claim.
