Account tabs
Your plan determines which tabs appear:- Public Profile manages public business details.
- Account manages your account details.
- Billing or Subscription manages the plan and payment method.
Subscription billing
Use Billing or Subscription to review the active plan and payment method. A store-managed subscription links to the relevant App Store or Google Play subscription controls. Apple and Google require you to change or cancel a store subscription through that store. hyzl cannot make the change for you. An account can have subscriptions from more than one purchase platform. Each management card links to the platform where that subscription began. For a web-billed subscription, click Edit beside the payment method and enter the replacement card. Stripe processes the payment update. When a subscription charge fails, update the card from Billing. Stripe can retry the subscription charge after the update.Recovery commission
Subscription billing is separate from recovery commission. The default recovery commission is 20% of proven net-caused revenue, not 20% of every recovered payment. hyzl bills recovery commission once a month, only when the commission card shows a proven, positive lift. hyzl charges no fee for an individual recovery.
