Find a number
Choose Do Not Call under General. Enter at least 3 phone-number digits to search the list. Search matches the start of a stored number. It accepts digits with or without the country code. The table shows the reason and date for each entry. It lists the newest entries first. The table shows 25 numbers per page by default. You can change the page size to 50 or 100.Add numbers
Choose Add number to add one phone number. Add an optional reason that explains the restriction. Use Paste a list to add several numbers. Separate numbers with commas or line breaks. hyzl skips invalid entries and reports them. When a member replies STOP, hyzl adds the member’s number automatically.Revenue Recovery enforcement
hyzl checks the list before each recovery call. A listed number does not receive the call. hyzl also checks the list before proactive recovery texts. This includes reminders and final recovery messages. The current recovery becomes parked when the list blocks its call. Removing the number does not restart that recovery. Removing a number allows future eligible recovery outreach. Leave opt-outs listed unless you have a valid reason to remove them. This internal list differs from the US National Do Not Call Registry. The
national registry check is an optional campaign service and does not replace
your compliance process.
