Connect Stripe

Connect the Stripe account that holds your subscription data. Use an account that you administer and that already has subscription billing. hyzl does not create a separate Stripe account.

Connect the account

1. Open Integrations.
2. Find the Stripe card.
3. Click Connect Stripe.
4. Complete Stripe authorization.
5. Return to Integrations and confirm Connected.

If hyzl cannot confirm the connection, the card shows a retry action instead of a healthy status. Connecting from Integrations can also create a cancellation workflow for review in Settings. A trial workflow starts only after Finalize & Launch in the workflow wizard.

Review connection health

Click View integration on the connected Stripe card to review:

• the connected Stripe account
• available recovery workflows
• measured phone coverage, when enough data is available
• the recovery commission rate
• compatibility warnings that need attention

The panel also lists recovery workflows and their current switches. Click Open workflows page to change them in Settings. Stripe phone coverage uses the phone field on each member’s Stripe record. The percentage stays hidden until hyzl has enough records to report a useful sample. See Contact Coverage for collection, formatting, backfill, and coverage instructions. A Connected, with warnings state means that the connection still works. Charges turned off and Stripe test mode are example warnings. Review each warning in Stripe and resolve anything that blocks payment collection.

Requirements

• Admin access to an existing Stripe account with subscription billing
• A commission-billing card when the account setup requests one
• A usable phone number on each eligible Stripe Customer
• A supported live trigger and workflow

Provider-driven cancellation recovery responds to voluntary cancellations. Payment fails remains unavailable as a live trigger.

Configure recovery

Connecting Stripe does not launch outreach. Open Settings to create or edit triggers, offers, scripts, delivery, and calling regions. Stripe workflows can use a discount, a resubscribe link, or an eligible card-on-file recovery path. Available delivery choices depend on the trigger. Click View integration to return to the connected account details. Disconnect only when you want hyzl to stop reading that Stripe account.

Disconnect Stripe

1. Click View integration on the Stripe card.
2. Click Disconnect.
3. Confirm the action.

hyzl stops detecting new provider events and placing new recovery calls for that account. Past results and completed Stripe changes remain in place.
