Your Do Not Call list is your account’s own list of phone numbers. AI Calling must never call them. Add a number once and hyzl honors it everywhere: every campaign and every integration-triggered call, every time.
This is separate from the optional paid national Do Not Call registry scrub you can turn on for a campaign. The national scrub checks numbers against the government registry. The Do Not Call list on this page is your own internal list. It is always on and free.

Where to find it

Open Do Not Call from the sidebar. It sits in the General section, because the list applies account-wide, to outbound campaigns and integration-triggered calls alike. hyzl lists numbers newest first, 25 per page by default (you can switch to 50 or 100). Each row also shows the reason for the entry and its date. To check whether a specific number is on your list, paste it into the search box above the table. Partial numbers work too. Type at least 3 digits, and the list narrows to numbers that start with what you typed. The digits work with or without the country code.

Add numbers

There are three ways a number gets onto your list:
1

Add a number by hand

Click Add number. Enter a phone number. Choose a reason if you want one. Save the entry. To add many at once, choose Paste a list. Paste the numbers, one per line or comma-separated. hyzl skips any invalid entries and reports them.
2

Add a number from a call result

Choose Add to Do Not Call on any contact in a campaign’s results. One click suppresses that number.
3

Let hyzl add opt-outs for you

hyzl adds a number automatically after the call. This happens when a person asks not to be called again. Examples: “remove me from your list”, “do not call me”.

How numbers are enforced

hyzl skips a number on your Do Not Call list everywhere a campaign or integration starts calls:
  • Before launch. The campaign send step shows how many of the numbers you chose are on the list. It flags contacts who have no other number, because hyzl cannot call them at all. It also excludes the skipped numbers from the contact / call counts and the cost estimate.
  • At launch. When a campaign starts, or when you schedule one, hyzl skips any contact whose number is on the list. The campaign’s Results section shows how many numbers hyzl skipped.
  • Integration and webhook calls. hyzl checks calls triggered from your Integrations against the list before dialing. That covers HubSpot, Zapier, Make, website forms, and your own custom webhooks. A blocked call appears in the campaign’s Results as blocked by your Do Not Call list. It uses no credits.
hyzl applies the list when a campaign launches or when you schedule one. If you add a number after a campaign was scheduled, that campaign may still call it. Remove the contact from the scheduled campaign to stop them.
Revenue Recovery calls are the one exception. They reach out to your own existing customers about their subscription. This list does not filter them today.

Teams

For team accounts, hyzl honors the Do Not Call list across the whole team. When anyone on the team adds a number, hyzl suppresses it for every team member’s campaigns.
  • Team owners see every number added by any sub-account, along with who added each one.
  • Sub-accounts see the numbers they added.
Removing a number from the list lets future campaigns call it again. If someone asked not to be contacted, leave them on the list.
