The Scripts page (under Outbound Campaigns in the sidebar) is your library of reusable call scripts. You do not have to rebuild the same persona and pitch for every campaign.

Create a script

  1. Open Scripts in the sidebar
  2. Click New script
  3. Give the script a name
  4. Build the script
  5. Save it to the library
The script builder uses the same persona, company, and call-detail fields you fill in when you create a campaign.

Use a script in a campaign

When you create a campaign, the script step offers your saved scripts as a starting point. Choose one instead of writing from scratch. Edits you make inside a campaign stay with that campaign; the library copy is untouched.

Manage the library

The Scripts page lists every saved script. Open one to edit it, or choose several and delete them in bulk. Deleting a library script does not affect campaigns that already used it.
