The Handled tab in hyzl is your record of who you have actually reached. The tab logs every touch you make from your Follow-ups feed or through Autopilot. That covers every call, text, and email you send to a lead. You always know who you have already contacted and how.

What shows up

Each lead you have engaged appears as a card, newest activity first. A card shows:
  • The lead’s initials (color-coded by warmth) and name
  • How many touches you have made and when the last one was (e.g. “2 touches · 5m ago”)
  • A tag for each channel you used: Called, Texted, or Emailed
If you reach the same lead more than once, they stay a single card. That could be a text and then a call. The card carries one tag per channel, so the log reflects the person rather than every individual action.

How touches get logged

A touch is recorded the moment you take an action that the app can observe: The tab re-reads its log every time you open it. So a lead you just reached on another screen appears immediately when you switch back.

Empty state

Before you have reached anyone, the tab reads Nothing handled yet. A note says that touches will show up here as you call, text, or email leads from your follow-ups.
The Handled tab shows touches from your current session. A permanent history across days is coming soon.
