Every workflow stores its own switch, lead time, and message. Your cancellation, trial-end, and access-end workflows can therefore each send a differently worded heads-up. Each can use a different lead time, or send none at all.
Opt-outs are honored automatically: a member who has replied STOP is never
texted.
